The January transfer window deadline is nearly upon us with Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea set to be right in the thick of the action.

Arsenal want Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang before the month is out and have agreed a £55m deal with Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund, however, won't sell until a replacement arrives with Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi their top choice. Chelsea themselves want a new back-up striker with Arsenal's Olivier Giroudemerging as their favourite option but don't rule out Tottenham's Fernando Llorente as another pawn in the game.

Elsewhere, Manchester United have turned their attentions to central midfield after securing Alexis Sanchez with Nice's Jean Michael Seri, Valencia's Carlos Soler and Dortmund's Julian Weigl all being considered as Jose Mourinho looks for a long-term replacement for Michael Carrick. Manchester City meanwhile are set to announce the club record signing of Aymeric Laporte from Athletic Bilbao while Spurs are closing in on a deal for PSG's Lucas Moura.
